Helpful tips to protect yourself and your children from State sponsored child kidnapping via Hospital Emergency Rooms. There is something else quite sick going on having to do with Targeting our children that these officials dont reveal...instead it covers and blame the parents. We are not going to get anywhere when officials dont disclose what they are discovering concerning these babies coming up with mysterious cuts, burns, and illnesses. Parents desire education so they can protect their children. Anyone with commonsense would know that if a parent is a perpetrator, they would not take their child to the ER looking for help. The key here is the vague neglect allegation against the parents. Of course all of this requires forking up money to hire an attorney who specialize in working to getting your children back. This money and asset extraction racket is really maddening when you consider how it operates. Back in the old days when there was not so much money dispersed by Congress, and before the Bar Assoc. Discovered this whole market to explore (think commodities) The State respected Rights of the Family. Then State protective workers had to demonstrate concretely and convincingly under Law, how children were neglected and/or abused in a Court of LAW before they could be removed. The tables have reversed and the Govt. In many States usurped both parents rights and rights of the children. One of the worst violation is to substantiate any claim based on hunches and or suspicion and force trauma upon a child by removing them from their family and home. And with the way these Statute courts are structured and arranged; it most likely would take months upon months at much expense to get your child(ren) returned. I often ask, why havent any Constitutional Lawyer address this epidemic child taking problem sweeping across many states? Since when for example, an opinion or hunch from a medical professional become more weightier than the opinion and rights of a parent? A child covered in bruises is one thing, but most of these cases are vague and full of more questions than answers. Surely, our children deserve protection...that is their right and equally so, the presumption should return to the parents as primary to protect their childrens rights...so where are our Constitutional Lawyers on this? And how did they allow things to go this far?
