Henry Kissinger doesnt belong there because he belongs in prison. Hes recorded on the Richard Nixons tapes for approving of the carpet bombing of Vietnam, including women and children. Kissinger is also directly responsible for the unprovoked bombing in Cambodia, which not only killed many more women and children, but gave way for the Khmer Rouge and years of genocidal killings of over a million intellectuals, teachers, entertainers, etc., who were all labeled communist although nearly all of them had no interest in communism, as if thats were a reason for wholesale genocide.
