If you are an Asian or Europeans- Think now as ASIAN but you must behave and act as a local which is the NEW MANTRA. You may ask me what do you mean: Simply I am educated in Western Management, study foreign language- French, Japanese etc.. but my heart still think Chinese with all the Confucian moral values, my Jewish and Christian moral teaching values and now with the Muslim teaching value. I speak your languages, do the business the way you do, adopt your religion by learning and taking up the best but you cannot change my ROOT! You must cultivate a New Modern CENTRIC MINDSET for charting your business direction, social, travelling and even for your career progression. Why change the mindset? The winds of future or called it FengShui have already shift towards the Asian continents. Global corporations are setting up a strong footprint for regional expansion especially in Singapore as a SPRINGBOARD to the rest of Asean and Asian Region.
