Here I am today, to express my feeling about everything in my dear organisation AIESEC What I can say right now, AIESEC is largest youth organisation I have ever seen, which helps a lot of people making their dreams come true, having a clear understanding of their lives, setting up goals, realising themselves as impactful people, but I also realised that in @, frustration, anger, hypocrites, liars false friends and good friends, entertainment, big responsibilities, sorrows, concerns, families problems, love problems and problems with academic syllabus you ll have, stressed, bored, tired and being broke, being alone doing lot of tasks, facing your fears,being happy, joyful, rich, in love, married you will be, etc… but I also realised that if you know why you are in you will be, if you clearly defined your goals in the organisation, you will go over those obstacles get to your dreams. Exchange is not a light thing, it is not just getting on internet and making some coming in your country, counting him as a result, but it is more than that, it is the life of someone you have in the hand, it is a customer that you have to manage to not make him be detractor for the organisation if not satisfied. it is also a host family that need to see that they are not just there to host, but to have just the minimum respect and having sometimes feedbacks and suggestions to give and maybe having an advantage for the own family.it is also a company which wants to have the best, which need to informed of anything the intern before he comes, to get involved in the selection.it is also the simple member to the team leader who wants to get great knowledge about exchange to help, also a VP who sometimes works alone because there is no member to help, or sometimes looking for host families find none, sometimes feels frustrated because he cannot have any EP, sometimes you feel afraid to not know where you are going even being an old patron, sometimes gets ups and downs with family, girlfriend or boyfriend, school but never give up, because of his strong belief in what he is doing. I just want to tell you I am really proud of being part of AIESEC and getting ready for the next level. Thanks for reading Abdoul Karim Fadiga
