Here I have a client, Bahar, doing some #latpulldowns. There are a lot of question with this exercise, things I tend to coach to people are the following: 1. Keep the shoulder blades depressed(down) during the whole movement 2. Keep torso tall and no excessive leaning or swinging 3. Have the core engaged throughout the movement and go through a full range of motion (arms fully extended) 4. Have the bar in front of you trying to touch your upper chest 5. Grip should be comfortable and allow you to move well. You might see people swing as they pull, go behind the head, lean back extremely, shrug as the go up and much more. If you know what you are doing and WHY you are doing that specifically then by all means continue, but most people dont and have seen someone else doing it that way.
