Here Im featuring some moves from the PiYO Sweat program and I show a regular push-up and a modified move. What I am LOVING about this workout is that its so low impact yet I am getting so strong and leaned out and flexible!! I also live that there are a variety if moves for any level - beginner to advanced yet we can all keep the same pace. Seriously, sometimes this mama has got to drop the knees to crank out push-ups when I get tired or my shoulder starts to hurt. But as long as I keep moving - that is what counts!!! I have an online fitness group starting in July 28 where well be focusing on an online fitness program that is proven to work and get results plus a dialed in weekly clean eating meal plan and al the group support accountability motivation that is sure to get you results this time, plus me as your Coach! ;) comment below READY and Message me for details.
