Here Is A Bit Of Law Child Protective Services Violated!!! Given to me by someone who KNOWS THE LAW!!! If we do not wish to live in a state because of of their laws, educational system.. it your right to leave.. & take your family with you.. The State has no power to reach across state lines to return a child to their educational system, once they have left.. They can impose laws on state residence whom reside in their state.. But have minimal jurisdiction over non residence.. There fore if you can present the point that you left New York So that you may seek a state that would allow you to home school your child, & had not the chance to look into the basic requirements, as you needed to find secure lodging for your family.. & your child was wrongly & unlawfully removed from your custody.. The state & city of VT had no right in doing so.. & the State of New York had no right in extending their power of jurisdiction across State lines for the purpose of enforcing there State Educational Mandates on United State Citizens, let alone Native American Families..
