Here are #14 random facts about me. #1 I had a speech therapist until I was in the fourth grade. # 2 I tried out for choir and didnt make it (also in fourth grade). To this day the only thing I ever tried out for and didnt make the team. I still remember tryouts were singing Happy Birthday to Ms. fox. I must have sucked real bad. #3 I think Ive always been a happy person. I got Class Optimist in the 8th grade awards, and Most Outgoing for high school mock elections...I also got Class Flirt but that goes along with the happy factor right? ;) #4 I think the first boy I ever kissed is now gay, dont know for fact but know he is a really good figure skater that was on a reality TV show for it. I knew we were always better at being friends. ;) #5 my first pair of skates growing up were hockey skates. xo Dad. #6 I was born and raised in South Detroit. And seem to always raise my hand in beat during that part of the song. #7 my first concert was Criss Cross (Daddy Mac will wanna make ya jump jump) #8 I got invited to a MSU Football game in high school from one of my guy best friends. I was blown away at the amount of people there and the atmosphere. Because of that, MSU was the only school I applied to. Thanks Danny! #9 I regret the amount of feelings and hearts I hurt in grade and mostly high school.college and age made you grow up and realize how immature you really were. #10 I hate talking on the phone. No idea why I just do. So please dont take offense why I never call anyone. #11 ever since I had a crazy scare when I was pregnant with Tanner and my doctor said I had to come back at 28 weeks for another ultrasound to recheck, Ive been doing crazy OCD things. Thinking if I do this, Tanner will be ok and now 2.5 years of him being ok...I still keep on doing them just because.... #12 I hate black licorice. And think to this day that it may be the only good i ever hated. I love liver for goodness sakes. #13 in the past year Ive lost 40 pounds and Im loving the new me. No matter what size we are, I hope every mom/wife can experience the self confidence Ive gained in this process. #14 I love my family more than I could show in FB words. I feel so lucky to have such amazing and beautiful sons and the opportunities we all share together and it may go with my optimist brainset but I find myself smiling at all the little things, because they are the big things! You know this drill, LIKE this status and Ill give you a number too. ;) dont leave me hanging here.
