Here are 2 great workout moves for the arms from Insanity Max:30.. Left clip: plank toe touches. Touch the opposite toe while in plank position. Right clip: I dont even know the name lol but youre in push up position with one leg straight out and the other pointing inward towards the other. And yes you do push ups in that crazy position lol alternate legs Keep core tight and booty down in both moves and do each one for 30 seconds straight, take a 15 second break and repeat 2 more times. Let me know how it goes!
