Here are 2 powerful questions out of many that were asked after my speech yesterday: 1) Why not blood tests instead of hair analysis? My answer: Minerals tend to stabilize in the blood, whereas in the hair, mineral levels vary by a factor of 10 or more. Mineral imbalances will show up in the hair early on, often years in advance before they show up in the blood. By the time they show up in the blood, it is usually too late in the development of the disease process. Also, toxic metals will leave the blood in 90 days or less and will be pushed into the hair where they will do less damage to the body. That is why hair analysis is so effective at detecting any mineral imbalances and heavy metal toxicity. 2) Why dont you recommend random supplementation? My answer: When you go to a health food store to buy nutritional supplements, you truly do not know what your body needs without a test being done first. It is recommend you get a hair analysis done first so that you know exactly what your body needs and then you buy nutritional supplements. Taking random supplements can actually unbalance your body chemistry. Here is an example: A man buys zinc as a random supplement without having a test done. His NA/K (sodium/potassium) mineral ratio is too low without him knowing this. The zinc he is taking is just unbalancing his body chemistry even more because zinc is known to lower a NA/K mineral ratio. A low NA/K mineral ratio is associated with low energy in the body, kidney/liver stress, tissue break down, chronic stress, hidden copper toxicity, frustration/resentment/hostility, carbohydrate intolerance, adrenal fatigue, and so much more!
