Here are 2 stability exercises for you to try anytime. The first exercise should be done to the speed of your breath... Breathe out as you try touch elbow to knee then breath in when extending body. The second is more challenging. Keep knees slightly bent during both exercises to activate Glutes and work on engaging core function the whole way through the movement.
