Here are 3 reasons why we love the Shooting Stars program at Nspire Kids. 1: Smaller groups to ensure more quality coaching time. If you break down an hour lesson into specific feedback given to individual students you would soon realise that for the 1 hour session to be effective, it would need to be 3. The smaller groups allows more specific feedback and motor control. 2: Each sessions allows the children to familiarise themselves with the sport. This can vary from equipment to the rules. I have a strong opinion on why we need to accelerate skill development for junior athletes. Simply age is no barrier to skill level- opportunity is. 3: WE love teaching the Kindy/Pre Primary age groups. The energy, enthusiasm and questions allow an optimal learning environment. This also gives Mum and Dad that much needed break:) I personally would love to one day sit back and watch my childs physical, social and emotional development through physical activity. ( 2 boys and 2 girls is what ill hope for:). In the mean time ill enjoy my freedom hahah. Much love Mr J and the Nspire team
