Here are 5 fitness advice that I found useful: * Nutrition is the key. You need to stay committed to your food intake. Abs are made in the kitchen. You can have the best training plan with the best guru but if you falter with your diet, you will never be the best you can be. * Training your mind is everything. Your mind and thoughts are a powerful tool. Use that to youre advantage. Train your mind and your body will follow. * Just start. Procrastination doesn’t build muscle. Actions do. Get it together and go to the gym. Join classes if you have to but do something. * Learn from people who have achieved what you want – It’s said you should surround yourselves with positive people. In the same way you should follow and learn from the experts who have done what you are aiming to do. Learning is power, so with more knowledge you are gaining more power. * “If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.” - Bruce Lee As a start, if anyone wants to join me for fitness classes in SE Suburbs, I train on Tues and Thurs at 6 PM, so come along and you will have taken those first steps to regaining your fitness!
