Here are Fridays Specials. Appetizers: Dry Rub BBQ Pork Ribs. Cornflake Crusted Fried Calamari. Entrees: Chile Relleno- stuffed with shredded beef tenderloin, mozzarella cheese and served with sage palenta with a pumpkin seed mole sauce. Grilled Atlantic Cod- served over a shrimp and spinach enchilada and black beans with a mango peach pico de gallo and a mango ancho glace. Braised Pork Shank over light cream spinach risotto and topped with a red wine tomato reduction. Desserts: Cherry smoked apple pie with a bacon cinnamon sour cream ice cream. Cherry smoked old fashioned buttermilk donut served with vanilla ice cream and a bourbon bacon maple glace.
