Here are a few more pictures of our adventure today. I really am amazed that Rhyne made it up the mountain without being held. He only said, oh my gosh! My legs are tired, I need someone to hold me about three times the whole trek. We usually told him that we would carry him once we reached the next incline. Luckily, he doesnt know what the word incline means, so he very rarely called us on it. His dad only put him on his shoulders as we entered the castle. The castle had a family owned restaurant and beer garden. It was very nice and offered some amazing views. We dont regret forgoing the bus terminal for the trek up the mountain (but sure as heck found the bus stop to take the last bus of the day back down). We ran into some other people, a few that were making out...probably didnt expect to see a 4 year old, a women wearing jewelry and Toms, and a man paying homage to his home state of Texas via a T-shirt when they chose their spot. On a side note: when a man, sweating and looking stressed approaches you in the main terminal of Stuttgart, asking for 2 Euros to help him get to Munich and you give it without thinking twice...dont be shocked when 5 hours later you return to the terminal, starving and so desperate to eat that you decide to grab a Doner Kebob in the station instead of waiting for your favorite Kebob place closer to home...and while sitting there your main squeeze says, Hey, isnt that your boyfriend over there playing the slots with your 2 euros?......if my legs werent so tired and my tummy so empty, I would have gone over and asked for my money back with interest....but this loan shark didnt want to put down her Donner and drink.
