Here are a few shots from our new Strongman class last week. (Workout Menu: Lunges and Romanian deadlift, weighted chin ups and bicep curls finishing with the Eagle (a pair of 24k kettle bells: 8 Kettlebell Front Squats + 20 yards Farmers Walk x 8). We are having our prep month till end of January, you can access your max strength level from these workouts. Its a great time to join if you are a beginner, our top coach, Darrel Erxleben will guide you every step of the way! The class is on tonight at 7:30pm, Come lift with us at Epic MMA&Fitness!
