Here are a few things about my Mom Felice on her Bday: Fact #1: Yes she’s cute & little at merely 4’9” in height, but she got a huge brain with a PhD under her belt. A professor in Biology, Chemistry & Physics, she’s not one to mess with or you’ll be her specimen in the lab. Fact #2: Out of 30+ grandchildren, she was baptized with her Grandmother’s name “Felicidad” which translates to “Happiness” en español. Since it’s not easy to introduce yourself with a lengthy Spanish name, she decided to Americanize it into two syllables “Felice.” Fact #3: Planning on visiting Central/South America? Take her with, she’s fluent in Spanish. So when Chris and I visit Costa Rica, she’ll fly with us as our translator. There are more to know about her, better yet there are more to love about her.
