Here are a few tips for navigating the dangers of a wedding as a health conscious individual. 1. Problem: Friend offers you a beer. Solution: drink it. Or dont. But dont be a pretentious dick hole about it. If your fitness goals hinge on the back of a single beer your in trouble regardless. Adjust nutrition and training accordingly. 2. Problem: The meal doesnt fit in your diet. Solution: Eat it. Then go back for seconds. Track the calories and adjust your nutrition and training around it. Or just enjoy an excuse free meal. Dont spend several minutes of awkward table conversation trying to explain what a macro is and how the gym is your life. Problem: your mates want to kick on after and hit the clubs. Your girlfriend really wants to go home but has said its fine if you want to go out without her. Solution: this is a trap. Go home. For god sake go home.
