Needs Pull Ups size 2/3t *Isiah boy age 10: is a size 28 or 29 mens pants size small mens shirts and size 7 sneakers *Kharma girl 7 Needs size small womens depends or XL overnights for kids. She needs clothes size 14/16 in girls. She has no winter clothes. She also needs underwear size 12 in girls briefs. Sneakers size 2. (Right now she is wearing flats like ballet slippers that are to small. *Mom is a size 30/32 in womens or a 5x and size 11.5 sneaker.
