Here are certain details and rules for COMEGT Rules: 1. Each team should consist of a maximum of 3 members. 2. Event comprises of two rounds: the preliminary round in which participants are expected to submit a synopsis; and the presentation. 3. Any team which fails to comply with the given rules will be disqualified. 4. The preparation of finalists shall be mentored by the 3rd and 4th year coordinators of Samveg, so as to improve their presentation skills and make the conference more interactive. 5. Round 1: Writing the Synopsis · All participating teams are expected to strictly adhere to the word limit, which is 600-700 words. · The synopsis should be unambiguous and must clearly bring out the main idea and aim of the topic. 6. Round 2: PowerPoint presentation · Participants must note that the presentation must be prepared in the form of power point slides, which the selected teams are expected to explain. · Medium of communication must be in English only. 7. The teams will be allotted a maximum of 20 minutes for their presentations, in which 10 minutes are to be utilised for the presentation, and 5 minutes for the conclusion as well as the questionnaire each. 8.
