Here are just a few of the benefits I am experiencing from changing to vegan diet: 1. I feel more energetic, mobile and light 2. I am much more emotionally stabile and can manage all he feelings with ease 3. I am more patient and attentive to others, especially to my children 4. As I am not giving any animal products to my children at home, they are noticeably less nervous and much kinder to each others (My 6 years old already understands the concept - it took 5 minutes discussion and she said that she does not want to harm any animal in any way and embraced soya stake) 5. My digestion works perfectly and I never fell heavy after meal 6. My periods have shortened, PMS anxiety has decreased to the negligible level and the back pain has gone. (In fact, recently I was dancing all night on the first day of the period, which was unimaginable before) 7. I am happy that no sentient being has to die so that I can eat 8. My conscience is clean as I live an ethical life vegan-raw-diet/ethicalvegan.html
