Here are my end of year notes: Thank you to Denny Conn for becoming my partner in crime in Experimental Homebrewing and our next project. (That goes double for everyone who bought a copy) Thank you to all the members of the American Homebrewers Association for re-electing for my third term to the Governing Committee. (And to all the folks on the Committee and at the AHA for dealing with my hey, wouldnt it be great if....) Thank you to all the fine beer folks like Eagle Rock Brewery, Smog City Brewing, MacLeod Ale Brewing Co., Firestone Walker Brewing Co., The Bruery for welcoming me and mine into their houses and being very generous. To my erstwhile Lunch Crew - Charlie Essers, Steven Kinsey, John Palmer, Cambria Griffith - I dont miss having lunch with your stupid faces at all. Nope. Thank you to Mixed Mutts and My Pet Garden for keeping an eye on our fuzz bucket family. Thank you to my bosses for giving me interesting things to work on. Keeping having to learn to keep being an expert. Thanks to Chris Heatherly, Chris Shrigley, Bob Hickman and Vita Markman for giving me interesting feeds to read filled with interesting notes about my old Disney family. Thanks to my mom, Sue Bissell Beechum, for being my mom and keeping me wired into my strange little hometown. Thanks to my sister, Aimee Beechum, for always planning the fun. Thanks to her husband, Chris Geisler, for running with her and keeping her safe. And, of course, thanks to my lovely wife, Aymee Elizabeth, for making a beautiful home for us, putting up with my grumpy solitary butt, having a drink and being worried about our Chihuahua army and making it possible for me to be an idiot and still alive. ETA: Cause I also forget - thank you to the mighty Maltose Falcons for being awesome and making it to 40 years.
