Here are my favorite booty workouts using machines! Sorry this video does swear in the music but it was only appropriate for the work part lol the first exercise I am pulsing and not using full range of motion to really target and burn the glute muscles. This helps you recognize your glutes flexing and what you should be feeling while you are squatting and doing other booty exercises. So, next time your at the gym give one of these a try and let me know how it goes! Everyone is different so just because these are what I do and enjoy doing does not mean you will as well. Always remember that!
