Here are my picks for the sunday and monday games. I started the week on a good note as the saints beat the falcons. Baltimore over New York Jets- Both teams coming off losts last week. Ravens need this one to stay in the division race. Jets right now are the 6th seed in the afc. A lost could destroy their playoffs chances. Ravens have won the last 7 meetings between the 2. I like the ravens 20-10. Pittsburgh over Cleveland- How the browns are favored i cant figure it out. This is one of the most fierced rivalries in the nfl. Steelers are 1-4 on the road but are playing much better of late. Steelers have won 17 of the last 19 meetings. I like pittsburgh 24-14. Detroit over Tampa Bay- Tampa comes in winning 2 in a row. Lions lost at pittsburgh last week. Tampa Bay has yet to win on the road this season. They wont do it here. Give me detroit 28-10. Green Bay over Minnesota- Both teams coming off losts last week. Both teams are a mess at quarterback. Packers have yet to win since rogers injury. Ill take the packers at home 21-13. Houston over Jacksonville- The shit game of the week. Both teams are just terrible. Texans have lost 8 games in a row. Jacksonville is 1-9. Texans have won 5 in a row in this series. I like houston 30-17. Kansas City over San Diego- Chiefs lost their 1st game of the year last week. San Diego lost another tough games. Chiefs need this game to keep pace with denver as they face the broncos next week for the afc west division and #1 seed in the afc playoffs. Chiefs at home get the win 28-17. Carolina over Miami- Carolina comes in red hot winning 6 in a row after beating new england on monday. Miami was lucky to win last week. They wont win this week as carolina has the #1 defense in the league allowing 13.5 ppg. Carolina 35-10. Chicago over St.Louis- Bears won a big game last week at home over the ravens that took over 5 hours to play cuz of the weather. Rams beat the colts 38-8 two weeks ago. Bears have a better offense and i think they can squeeze this one out on the road. Bears 23-20. Indianapolis over Arizona- Interesting game here. Cards coach bruce arians will face his former teams which he was the interium head coach last season when colts head coach chuck pagano left the team for treatment of leukemia for 12 games. Arians was 9-3 for those games. Colts are 4-1 on the road this season. I like the colts 27-24. Oakland over Tennessee- Raiders qb matt mc gloin threw 3 touchdowns passes in his 1st career start last week. He was the 1st undrafted rookie qb to toss at least 3 td passes without an interception since the afl-nfl merger in 1967. Tennesse has won 9 of the 13 meetings between the 2 teams. I like the raiders at home 31-21. Dallas over New York Giants- Giants have won 4 in a row after a 0-6 start. But the wins have come against teams that are starting backup quarterbacks. Dallas aint starting a backup quarterback. Tony Romo is 22-5 in november in his career. Cowboys 31-17. New England over Denver- Manning vs Brady in the 14th all time meeting. Brady is 9-4 against manning. Patriots are 5-0 at home. and 7-1 at home in november. I like those numbers in favor of new england. Give me the patriots 41-34. San Francisco over Washington- Interestings numbers here. In the 1st half this season the 49ers have outscored their opponents 142-70. The redskins have been outscored in the 1st half this season 164-99. I like the niners to bounce back and stay in playoff contention. Niners 30-14. They are my picks this week. Thanksgiving is coming up. Food and football. What more can you enjoy on thursday. We have 3 games that day. See you then.
