Here are screen shots of her response to Kevins request for Jynxs contract and AKC papers. In the email, she says Kevin did a good job with the dogs, she will send her dogs to us for additional training in the future, she is sending clients to us and hopes she can send additional clients to us from Kansas, that we are exchanging Jynx for the month and a half of training we did in KS (so we own him), and that SHE APPRECIATES THE PAYMENT PLAN OPTION we were going to come up with for training. If we owed her 14 grand, why would she feel that she needed to pay us anything for future training? No where does it say anything about how she was kicking us out or that we were fired. Text of screen shots: Hey Kevin, I am sure that you are exhausted. I just got home from a meeting with Bruce on our testing business. I will not rest easy until Brix is here and he is the right dog!!! We shall see. It sounds better then last night, but something doesnt feel exactly right. All that I can do is hope for the best at this point. I should have given you guys a status update on Jynxs papers, as I just sent one to Stacy Schultz. Because Hans was so late getting me Hanachs papers, she was just converted over to AKC last week. IT takes forever to do the conversion. However the hard part is over. NOw I just have to send in the registration papers (which I got about two weeks ago and register the litter). I always pay the extra $35.00 to expedite the process, but it could take a couple of weeks. I can bring them with me when I bring the dogs down or mail them to you. What would you guys think about just calling the last month and a half full payment for Jynx. (instead of 1800, it would be 1500 which would equal a month and a half?? I would be fine with further discounting him because of the fact the arrangement didnt work out. I appreciate all of your hard work and you are doing a great job with the dogs. When you get the prices figured out, let me know and when I bring them down, I would be happy to give you guys a deposit and then I appreciate the monthly payments option. Also, I should know something hopefully by MOnday on Gasper and I will be giving Dr. TeeGarden your information for training Gasper. I will not quote any prices at all for him to her, and if she asks for an estimate, just tell her to call you...I will also give you a heads-up when she will be calling you!! LUke and I should be back down there on the 25th to look at Security guard dogs, (unless Cate goes into labor) so maybe we can all get together then. I feel really badly that all of this didnt work out the way that we had hoped, but I am still hopeful that you will acquire business from up here still as well as further business from me and my clients.
