Citrus fruits and vegetables are also helpful in replacing lost water. 4. Add bubbles. Sparkling water or carbonated 0 calorie water can help make it more fun. 5. Use a water bottle and mark your times for AM and PM schedule so you can. Are sure you have a reminder of when to drink. 6. Infuse your water with herbs, vegetables, or fruit to give it extra flavor.
