Here are some more arm exercises! 2 of them are body weight only. I know not everyone has weights, or are comfortable using them. Top Exercise: Try 30 seconds leading with your right arm, switch, and lead 30 seconds with your left arm. Middle Exercise. Tap your the opposite side of the arm your lifting and then go into a pushup. Switch. Bottom Exercise: Push things up, and bring em back down. Of course these all have REAL names, but when Im working out, I really dont think about proper names. ENJOY!
