Here are some photos from a property on First Street in Grand Rapids West Side that was donated by Chase Bank. Look at the salvaged materials the developer used from demolished buildings found from other area land bank properties. The KCLBA was able to sell this property at a rate that allowed for the developer to bring this once blighted property back into use. This work is part of a focus on the West Side to leverage the other initiatives in the area.
