Here are some things to think about this week. # 1 If you want - TopicsExpress

Here are some things to think about this week. # 1 If you want more leads, give away free information. No one cares about your products or business initially, but they do care about information that will benefit them. Lets suppose you sell weight loss products. Rather than advertising your business or products, advertise a free weight loss report Provide good content in the report, and have a few paragraphs at the end of the report that describe how YOUR products can help someone lose weight. Then have a follow up sequence to stay in touch. # 2 Publish a monthly newsletter for your business. If you sell beauty candles, for example, create a monthly newsletter about candles. Have 75% of the information be educational in nature and the other 25% be about your products or an offer for the month. Send this newsletter out in the mail EVERY month to ALL of your prospects. Starting a newsletter was one of the best things I ever did. If you want to see my newsletter, reply to this email with a good mailing address (not email) and I will add you to my mailing list. # 3 Thoughts lead to feelings, feelings lead to actions and actions lead to results. Make sure that you are constantly putting positive things into your brain. Stop reading the newspaper and watching the news (or at least cut back). They are all negative in nature. Read positive self help books every day. Be around positive people. Listen to tapes in your car. Do everything you can to improve your attitude and thoughts. Spend time with people who uplift you, not bring you down. # 4 Check out the book The Purple Cow by Seth Godin. Its amazing. The premise of the book is to be different than everyone else and to be so remarkable at what you do that everyone wants to do business with you. Look at what every other rep in your company is doing and do the opposite. Find a way to stand out in the crowd and get noticed. Develop your own unique selling proposition. Be amazing and over-deliver. # 5 Focus on finding quality people. Would you rather sponsor 10 serious, professional people or 100 amateurs? I would rather sponsor professional people. Look for folks who are already successful in life, have a good attitude and self-esteem, some disposable income and a good sphere of influence. Look for people who have self confidence, can look you in the eye when they talk to you, shake your hand the right way, and generally feel good about themselves. In most cases, these are the folks who will become successful in MLM. # 6 You have to be committed. Just about every business Ive ever studied took AT LEAST three to five years to get up and running and working smoothly. Rome was not built in a day. This is a part-time five to ten year project to accumulate wealth and build up a large income. If youre only working 5-10 hours per week, like most people, its going to take some time to build up a big team and big check. Be patient and do the work. Dont switch companies or quit. The time will go by anyway. Ten years from now you will be glad you did the work and stuck with it! Expect Success, Ray goo.gl/AqFnbB
