San Juanico Bridge to Babatngon Route, passable; 3. Buenavista/ Junction to Giporlos, passable; 4. Buray to Crossing/Buenavista Junction, passable; 5. ALL ROADS LEADING TO GUIUAN ARE PASSABLE VIA MOTORCYCLE; other modes of transportation are restricted due to current road status; *** Safety measures are being exercised in Tacloban to avoid further looting and robbery. Passengers onboard buses are able to leave Tacloban with ease while those going INTO the city are restricted at certain times and are forced to get off the bus and cross San Juanico Bridge on foot. *** Catbalogan has NO MORE SUPPLY OF FUEL. Calbayog was swamped with vehicles for refueling today. They are expecting to finish their supply at the time of this posting. *** The DSWD and LGUs Relief Operations that started loading at 3AM today was NOT allowed to leave Cebu due to weather conditions caused by Typhoon Zoraida and safety precautions. Scheduled departure from Cebu is set at 630AM, November 13th, Wednesday; ETA Guiuan within 24hours. Stay posted as we verify news and updates submitted to make sure accurate information is shared.
