Here are some updates on the case. New information is released in the media. The police report that the dog is dead and buried. The information in the news is that Raycho buried the dog there is no information how it died (was it killed or died from the wounds). The prosecution ordered exhumation of the dogs body and a expert report from a veterinarian on how the dog died and did it suffer cruelty. The returning of the dog to Raycho is the biggest mistake that the police made in this case. No matter if Raycho is punished for this crime or not we (Sharko, IWNS and other organizations that will take part in the complaints) will file a complaint for negligence of the police work involved in this case.
