Here are the future workout dates. Were meeting every monday thursday and saturday for all of February. Then that first week in march we will go tuesday and friday. Then TRACK starts. Just 5 weeks. We start our transition to Vo2 work this week. Keep doing the little things, sleep, hydrate, eat good, be happy. Monday- Start early 2:45. Leg circuit 2 12min warm up 5-6x1k at faster threshold paces. 1:30 rest.. after 2 laps of the fast 80m sprints so 4x.. then cannonball and core h.. Tuesday- 4-5 recovery pedestal or off Wednesday- lunge matrix 5-7 your last mile go upstairs and do 8x80m sprints with the 40sec recovery cannonball Thursday leg circuit 2 15min warm 8-12x400@vo2 rest is 10 seconds less then repetition time.. cannonball and core h Friday 4-5 recovery pedestal Saturday lunge matrix long run 7-10miles.. last mile almost threshold pace if possible ..if snowy slushy conditions then no increase.. last 1.5 start 8x30second strides either upstairs or parking lot if conditions allow with 2min recovery. Sun 4-5 recovery pedestal or off
