Here are the specifics for tonight: VIP Early Entrance: 5:45 pm - 6 • Meeting our group at the Administrative Entrance of the Amway Center – On Hughey Street, to the left of the Magic Team Shop. (You must be here on time.) • Your ticket will be scanned for entry and will need to check in with a Solar Bears staff member to receive a wristband which will allow you access to the pre-game event. Pre-Game Meet & Greet: 6:00pm – 6:50 pm • At 6pm, a Solar Bears representative will escort our group up to the pregame event. • At 6:15pm, you will have an opportunity to meet Solar Bears owner, Jason Siegel, who will lead a short discussion regarding sports marketing here in Orlando. We will also have speakers Kate Hartig - Former Director of Digital Marketing & CRM @ ESPN and Kevin Coulthart - Vice President of Marketing & Events @ Central Florida Sports Commission Solar Bears Game: 7:00 pm • After the meet & greet, you may find your seats on the Terrace Level for the Solar Bears hockey game. Anyone who has purchased their tickets through orlandosolarbearshockey/Ad2Orlando may take their tickets to the Guest Assistance window located behind section 111 to claim your free gift.
