Here are the top 5 points in my opinion that will help you reach whatever goals you are aiming for 1.consistency Being consistent and working hard week in week out,not just going hell for leather on the training and diet for 3-4 days then going mad for a few days! 2.patience Realise you did not get the way you are in one month and you will not get to were you need to go in one month,make short term goals e.g drop 1% body fat in 3 weeks and make sure you reach them! 3.knowledge Understand what you are doing and why you are doing it.it is important to have a good understanding of resistance training,nutrition etc...hire a pt and do a package learning for yourself to do it yourself! 4.frame of mind You need to want it and be in a state of mind that drives you on,being negative will only bring negativity and get you nowhere.every workout or any exercise for that matter is a step closer than yesterday to your long term goals 5.Time Make time for your self.there are 168 hours in a week.surely you can put aside 3-4 of these for exercise and 3-4 for food preparation,thats only 6-8 hours out of 168 given up on you to ensure you reach your goals!! There is still lots of time for work sleep friends and family,no excuses!!!!
