Here are two behind the scenes images from my shoot last week. I can’t say too much about it but you can see that talent was of the furry, four legged kind! It was a super fun shoot and I got to travel in my first cab since being in London. The client arranged for one to pick me up in the am and drop me off at the end of the day. That is something that doesn’t happen in Durban very often. by not very often I really mean, never. Working with animals is something that I am increasingly enjoying. It feels very natural for me and I plan on pushing more and more for this kind of work. I can’t wait to release this project but will have to for a bit longer. We still have a two shoot days left and the campaign will launch early next year. My trusty Profotos had my back, like always, and I got to test drive the new Pentax 654Z medium format camera for the first time. Besides it being very heavy and the autofocus being a bit sluggish, it is an awesome camera that produces very big images!#Pentax Profoto
