Here are two rehab success stories from our very own team members, Mel and Phil! Check out Phil squatting 140 kg only 6 weeks after he injured his hamstring. Mel is hip thrusting 60 kg after a serious back injury that left her unable to walk for a week afterwards! What they both have in common is their dedication to rehabilitation training - theyre consistently working on improving their mobility and strength. And theyre not stopping when they reach their previous fitness levels - to avoid re-injury they need to surpass these!
