Here are your challenges for Day 21: Day 21 Nutrition Tip: If you’re missing your coffee, try taking green tea this coming week! It’s one colored drink that is good for you! It contains less caffeine than coffee, but enough to produce an effect. Plus, it also contains the amino acid L-theanine, which can work in synergy with caffeine to improve brain function. It can also improve your metabolism, aid in fat burn and weight loss, has a lot of antioxidants plus it can help lessen risks of diabetes and cancer. Make it your new best friend in the morning! . Day 21 Workout Challenge: Show your strength by donating items (clothes, gadgets, etc.) or any items that you don’t need to a shelter or a non-profit organization. Another option is to help your other family members or household help, relieving them of their chores so they can take a rest.
