Here at Color Country Aussies we strive to produce the most superior dogs that this breed has to offer. While we have requests for our K-9 companions all over the country, I am always pleased when we have a customer who has the opportunity to select any breeder in the United States and chooses one of my puppies. I am even more excited when it happens to be a present for one of my favorite comedians and actors! Gale Engvall contacted us for a surprise Christmas gift for her husband....you guessed it, Bill Engvall! She picked a beautiful red merle male which was sired by Champion Color Countrys Fire and Ice and Champion Color Countrys Speed Trap. We met with Gale in Las Vegas before Bills stand-up show at Treasure Island. She was quite thrilled about her new little fluff ball! As a surprise she brought our little boy on stage during the performance to give Bill. He was beyond excited and even started to cry. If a boy of the Blue Collar Comedy troop starts to cry, you know you hit a home run! After the show we visited with him and his wife. They are such kind and gracious people. It was such a pleasure to know that one of my dogs brought such happiness to a family. I was quite tickled that later Bill posted a picture of himself and his new companion on his Twitter account. This was such a great Christmas gift to my own family as our dogs were publicly recognized for their incredible beauty, intelligence and character. During this Christmas season I want to thank all those who have given me the opportunity and blessing to provide my dogs, who are my passion, pride, and joy, to families who will love them for years to come.
