Unusually for me (I usually work with recycled sunday supplements for colour) I found some silver metallic crackle wrapping paper which I just HAD to use for the sand eels! I also added gold and silver leaf flecks to the final white areas. Sometimes beautiful paper just has to be used and preserved :D In summary, each sculpture takes me between 3-4 weeks to complete, I dont use paint, the colour is all from the torn pieces of magazines.
