Here here, It would be great if people would attend them before the knowledge is needed under the stress of a real situation, also then like the surf lifesavers get funding then maybe people would start to collect or donate again before the need arises, I was so lucky to have been asked to participate in the demonstration at QSEC Horse and Home show and it was just amazing to get to learn off the experts and actually see first hand, also the Book is just amazing in is now pride of place on my shelf, Because I work with so many horses it is just simply a must to educate myself in the proper management of large animals, and these demonstrations also make you even more aware of stopping these accidents from happening before they happen, now that often does not make headlines, but an accident prevented is even better then one that was successfully executed and a happy ending, that is where the knowledge from the book, and thought of health and safety and fore thought just can not be put a price on, Magnificent Job by all and Thank you so Much MaryAnne Leighton it is a true statement of the wonderful dedication of these wonderful souls that attend these rescues cheers and congratulations on a wonderful job
