So....Heres my plexus story! 5 years ago after years of trouble with my thyroid I had my thyroid removed. After having a full hysterectomy a year prior to this surgery, I really began to gain a lot of weight. I put on 30lbs. I never felt good. I developed sleep apnea. I was depressed and found it very hard to get up each day. I was a first grade teacher and had a very difficult time keeping up with my little kids. I would come home in pain and tired. I was fortunate enough to find a job where I could teach from home. While that helped...I put on more weight. I gained another 20lbs. Out of desperation I finally tried plexus. While I only lost 5 lbs in my first month, I had many other health benefits. I didnt hurt!! That was huge!! I dont take Advil at all now...dont need it!! I was taking up to 8 a day. I started feeling better and had a better mood. I have felt like my younger self. Now I am down 22 lbs and 2 pant sizes. I love going to the gym and eating healthy!!! I have never felt more balanced and on the road to better health. I owe it all to plexus!!
