Here is Dionysiou Georgios one of my new friends who I met whilst on holiday, he is the Executive Sous Chef of this remarkable 400 bedroom resort hotel, he has a team of over 80 Chefs with 6 restaurants, banqueting of between 100 - 1500 which include various seminars, glorious weddings and also various international sporting teams train here such as GB Olympic team, various football clubs etc, I was shown round the kitchens and met some of the brigade and then went into his air conditioned office within the main kitchen and just had a really good chat about all that is to do food etc was bringing back great memories and just being in a professional kitchen makes me feel great and I wish I was still able to continue with my career as a professional chef but unfortunately this is not to be and I am embarking on a new career as a Environmental Health Practitioner hopefully once I can obtain a placement, just waiting on responses to placements that I have applied for, keep fingers crossed!!!
