Here is a Hospitality Suite Update…… First, let me say once again, thank you for all of your input last fall, it was greatly appreciated and I did listen in the choices I’ve made. I do have another favor to ask of anyone attending and driving to Nationals this year. Do any of you have a large 22-40 cup coffee maker or two that you would be willing to bring and loan to me for use in the Hospitality Suite?? Please let me know if you do and can. Thanks. . The location of the Hospitality Suite is the 8th floor of the hotel and no dogs are allowed on that floor. Unfortunately it isn’t next to the elevator but it’s not that far away. This is a fact and can’t change; also the other thing that can’t change is that we are only allowed to have our own food and beverages served in the Hospitality Suite. The hours of the Hospitality Suite are not quite finalized yet but I plan to open early enough so that anyone, even those of you headed over to the other building to groom, should be able to stop by if you want and pick up coffee and a muffin etc. Because of the feedback from last fall, I’m leaning heavily towards a light breakfast (coffee, tea, water, muffins, fruit, etc.) and then have beverages available at different times the rest of the day and possibly an afternoon snack. The cost is the driving factor for some of these items; I will do my best to make the Hospitality Suite as supplied as possible within those confines. I definitely will post the finalized hours and exact room location as the Nationals get closer. And there are some surprises coming from the Hospitality Suite too! For those of you who have offered to help in the past, I will be contacting you in the next few weeks. Should any of the rest of you have some extra time and the desire to volunteer, please let me know and how much or little you can help. Any help will be greatly appreciated. :0))
