Here is a Tabata or HIIT workout you can do at home. All you need is a set of stairs. 1. Single stair run 2. Wide push-up to tricep push-up 3. Double stair run (every two) 4. Double squat hop 5. Toe tap 6. Tricep push-up 7. Stair box jump 8. Diagonal mountain climb Tabata is 20 seconds on/10 rest- repeat 8x. Break for 60 seconds after the 8th move. You can use a timer or download the Tabata app which tells you when to stop/start. Have fun! *5 year-old is the videographer here, so please excuse any wiggling or background noise :)
