Here is a Takagi TK 4 tankless water heater. The unit was originally installed with no water treatment and with a recirculating pump. The original installer never installed a timer. The Installers failed to install a aqua stat temperature sensor ( the tankless water heater was running three years straight before the heat exchanger failed). I put this video up because it is not often we come into a bucket of bolts and parts like that night at 9:45 PM underneath the home. We completed the rebuild in just under an hour, installed another Flow-Tech Anti-Scale System, added a timer and a aqua stat temperature sensor. They were back in business after Mr. Customer attempted to repair it for three days. Lets just say that Mr. Customer was allowed to sleep inside that night by Mrs. Customer.
