Here is a breathing squats from tonight, a few lessons have been learned. Mainly get someone else to count the reps, when your that tired its near impossible to keep track of reps. However, here is 23 reps with 115kg, its a brutal test and not only your legs take a battering, your back will get tight trying to maintain good form. Completed 5 warm up sets to get up to this weight and then finished off with four giant sets, two for quads then two for hamstring and glutes. Brutal session but was in and out of the gym in 50mins.
