Here is a challenge to all my macho male friends! As you know October is cancer awareness month with a focus on breast cancer. If you love your grandmothers, mother, aunts, sisters, wife and daughters then I challenge you to ROCK the PINK during the month of October. Wear something pink everyday! A shirt, a tie, socks a pink ribbon. Just show your support. Here is a pic of my new phone cover that I will be carrying all month. I will also be wearing something pink everyday. Join me in the fight against cancer. FACTS ABOUT BREAST CANCER IN THE UNITED STATES One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women. Breast cancer is the second leading cause of death among women. Each year it is estimated that over 220,000 women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer and more than 40,000 will die. Although breast cancer in men is rare, an estimated 2,150 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer and approximately 410 will die each year. Stand up for the ladies in your life and ROCK the PINK!
