Here is a close up photo of a mountain goat on Mt. Si taken this rainy afternoon on 4/5/14. This was taken with a 400mm telephoto Canon L lens with 2 2x doublers - for a total of 1600mm. From more than a mile away, it is very difficult to get a great photo from that distance and that focal length - especially when your lens is covered with raindrops. But I think you can tell it really is a mountain goat up there and amazing how they live in such a craggy place with very little vegetation!
