Here is a comment from a typical Christian Zionist ( I wont name him) : Iran supplies the rockets and missiles for Hamas to attack Israel. Hamas is virtually an Iranian proxy these days. Iran has become an enabler for Palestinian militants - the latest foreign regional power that seeks to exploit Palestinian militancy and unending conflict. What possible military purpose do missile and rocket attacks on Israeli towns serve? What is the actual military objective? Isnt provoking an IDF response the only rational outcome? Half of Israelis are sleeping in bomb proof bunkers. What country wouldnt respond under those circumstances? I noticed the correspondent recovered from her emotional turmoil enough to finish with a vigorous political attack on Abbas. Thats part of her script too and I suspect shes a pretty good actress. Abbas seems to want to make peace with Israel and he has been openly critical of Hamas provocations. That makes him unacceptable in Tehran. Hes got to go. So its a ghoulish script of violent people pretending to be concerned about victims they work to produce. And what actual future do they offer for Palestinian children? A suicide bomb belt? Yesterday you asked when will the IDF will start caring about Palestinian children? Its a fair question. A fair follow up would be when will Hamas and their enablers in Tehran start caring about Palestinian children? I can certainly grieve for any children who suffer in war. But propaganda from those who deliberately contribute to the violence is just nauseating.
