Here is a copy of one of our clients trying to get contact with lawyers Hello Alison, It has come to my awareness that you are not answering back to my Agent in regards to Action 1201 10192, 1003 Woodview Cresent SW. I have hired him and I would expect the courtesy as I would get, we are dealing with a lawsuit and court. Noel M. has been in contact with you and is expecting a reply. Here are some key points that need to be addressed: 1. He is asking why is it that you are ignoring the financiers attempts to pay out the deal and close this sale? 2. Why is your client not dealing with the Financiers conveyance conditions as outlined below? The following are the conveyance conditions as they relate to the property. As usual, the conveyance conditions are simple and lawful, allowing the purchaser to carry out their due diligence and as such protect the purchaser in the process. Conveyance Conditions: 1. Verification in writing of the location of the Original Mortgage notes as they pertain to the second and first mortgage presently on the property. 2. Photocopy of the Original Mortgage notes with date of copy. 3. Assurance in writing from Bank officer that copy was taken of Original notes. 4. Assurance in writing that in direct and immediate exchange for certified funds the buyer will receive the Original Instruments (notes) of Indebtedness in its Original form, in order to complete Equity of Redemption and destroy/retain as the company feels fit. Please note that title has been transferred and is, therefore, in the middle of conveyance. If you have any questions feel free to ask my agent, and he will do his best to get back to you promptly.
